1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using RotaSelect, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The service is intended for people aged 18 or older who have legal capacity to enter into a contract.

2. About the service

RotaSelect is independent technology that helps users organize preferences and routines. Features may evolve, be adjusted or vary by version, device, region and availability.

RotaSelect does not represent or control third-party services and does not guarantee financial results, availability or a specific outcome.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for protecting your account, device and access methods. We may limit or suspend the service in cases of fraud, abuse, security risk, violation of these Terms or legal obligation.

4. Responsible use

You remain in control of your preferences and decisions. Use RotaSelect lawfully and safely, and do not handle your phone while driving. System permissions must be reviewed and authorized by you and may be revoked in your device settings.

5. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not use the service for fraud, abuse, rights violations, improper system interference or attempts to bypass security controls. The RotaSelect brand, application, text and other elements are protected by applicable law. Use grants only a personal, limited and revocable license.

6. Plans, payment and renewal

RotaSelect may offer 1-month and 3-month options. Price, currency, period, features, renewal and any promotional terms will be shown before purchase confirmation.

When a purchase is made through an app store, billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are also governed by that store's displayed terms and applicable law. Uninstalling the app or deleting the account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

7. Availability and updates

We aim to provide a stable experience but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or permanent compatibility. We may correct, update, limit or discontinue features to preserve quality, security and compliance.

8. Responsibilities

You remain responsible for your choices, settings and use of the service. To the extent permitted by law, RotaSelect is not liable for indirect losses or events caused by third parties, connectivity, devices or external settings. Nothing in these Terms reduces mandatory consumer rights.

9. Privacy, changes and governing law

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service or law; material changes will be communicated when required. Brazilian law applies, while mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction remain preserved.
